Cancellation policy
Please take note of our 48-hour cancellation policy for all appointments. Our commitment is to deliver exceptional service promptly. Regrettably, when a client cancels without providing notice, it hinders our ability to assist another client who may urgently require care. Non-attendance or late cancellations significantly impact the quality of service and disrupt the operation of our small business. Consequently, Blossom Osteopathy upholds a strictly observed 48-hour cancellation policy.
