Free Discovery Call

  • Discuss your goals and what you want to achieve

  • Explain what the package will entail and figure out if it is the right fit for you

  • Answer any questions or queries about the process

Initial Consultation – 90 minutes

Includes:

  • Detailed case history about your lifestyle—diet, sleep hygiene, stress/mood, exercise/movement, existing and pre-existing medical conditions, and physical health

  • Hands-on assessment looking at breathing mechanics, general mobility/restrictions, and general observations

  • Rule out any red flags that will require medical advice first

  • Discuss goals and achievable changes; these can either focus on one area at a time or cover a few areas to co-create a plan

  • Handout after initial consultation with a concise, tailored, and easy-to-follow plan of changes you can begin to implement

Follow-Up Sessions Spread Over 3–6 Months – 30 Minutes or One Hour

Depending on your tailored plan, we will schedule to see you again over the coming months to provide continued support, motivation, and refinement of your plan. These sessions will vary depending on your goals and focus.

These sessions can include ongoing education and support, behavioural change strategies, and stress management techniques.

Follow-up sessions are available both in person and online, depending on what suits you.
